Description
Get access to all of the Outdoor Blast Group workouts from the 4 week session to do on your own schedule in your own home. It will still have the feel of being in a group workout, since it will be the live video from the actual workout. You can still have the encouragement of the group even though you may not be close enough to join in person, or your schedule does not fit with ours.
You will still get the brand new workouts 3 times a week with the schedule below as well as access to the FREE Saturday workouts!
- Monday: Full Body Resistance Training
- Tuesday: HIIT & Core
- Thursday: Full Body Muscle Endurance Training
All of the workouts will be emailed to you to download and access on your schedule. Just remember not to exercise the same muscle group two days in a row, except for core. If you are a member of facebook, I can also send you an invitation to access the videos that way in the private group.
