Short on time? Having a hard time fitting exercise into your busy schedule? Do you lack motivation and energy to exercise and don’t feel like you can commit to 30-60 minutes?
This workout series is perfect for you! There are 10 totally different routines; HITT, Cardio, Upper Body, Lower Body, & Core to name a few. You can choose which style of workout you would like to do and your 10 minutes will fly by! You can use these as a supplement to your walk, run or bike ride, or put 2 or 3 together for a longer workout. Each workout is designed as a circuit which can be repeated 2-4 times for a longer workout or you can choose to do it once at max effort for the most benefit if you are short on time. You may be surprised, once you do a 10 minute exercise, how often you will end up being motivated to do more!
You will receive all 10 workouts in an email once you have purchased. You can download all of the videos or access them through the private link every time. Make sure to do the workouts for the same major muscle group with a separation of at least 48 hours, so that your muscles have time to repair and recover. There is a separate video for the warmup and cool down. The workouts do not have these included, but make sure you don’t skip it!
