Description
One on one personal training specifically designed with your goals in mind. After a thorough analysis of my assessments and your goals, we will collaborate on a plan that fits your schedule. Personal training sessions can be done in my home, your home, at one of our local parks, or virtually. This will be a 45 minute session with specific exercises designed just for you! This will be 8 total sessions within a 4 or 8 week period of time (once or twice a week).
